INTERNET SALES
All prices shown on the Top Of The Shop Web site are subject to change without notice. Goods Values shown on Internet orders for items such as leather, which is priced by the square foot, will be approximate as the precise size / value of such items cannot be determined until they are picked for dispatch. Customers will be informed of final shipping prices, including carriage, by e-mail before the goods are sent.
CLAIMS
Both we and the Carriers must be notified in writing as follows:-
Non Delivery of Goods - Within 10 days from date of invoice
Damage or shortage - 3 days from date of receipt
RETURNS
Authorisation must be obtained before goods are returned for any reason. This particularly applies to leather, and where approval is not obtained the company reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 15%. Return carriage will only be reimbursed where goods have been proved to be faulty or supplied incorrectly. Where possible, goods should be returned in the original packaging and small items must be securely packed. The company reserves the right to charge a fee where returned items have been damaged due to improper re-packing.
V.A.T
Value Added Tax is charged at the standard rate current at the time of dispatch to all U.K. customers and to members of the European Union who do not provide a current VAT ID number. All other international orders will not have VAT charged on them, but import and any local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
TITLE
The property in any goods sold and delivered by this company does not pass to the purchaser unless and until the full purchase price thereof is paid to us.
Delivery Times
We expect to send your order within 7 working days of recipt.We try to ship faster, but this may not always be possible. Goods are sent via commercial Carrier. Parcel Force/Royal Mail Etc. We currently only ship within the UK.
